Message frequency may vary based on your participation in our programs, your care needs, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Clinical Pharmacists.
